The decision to hold the first real estate exhibition has been reached.

In recent years, the real estate in the Krasnodar Krai is in high demand not only on the local, but also the national market. According to the analytical data, during the last 10 years, the amount of the houses built in the region has increased by a factor of 4, and by the end of 2015, it has exceeded 5.5 million sq. m. Consequently, the Krasnodar Krai joined the ranks of the leaders in terms of the amount and variety of the offers on the real estate market taking the second place after Moscow and St. Petersburg.

The “Real Estate Exhibition at Expograd Yug” will become such an event.”

The exhibition will be held on October 21-23, 2016 at the new modern multifunctional exhibition and congress complex “Expograd Yug” at Krasnodar, 1, the Congressnaya Str. Over 100 companies are expected to participate in this event: the construction companies and developers of Kuban and the Crimea, real estate agencies from all over Russia, insurance companies and legal firms, and the companies that provide repair services, development of the design projects, and decoration. The total exposition area will be around 5000 sq. m.

The exhibition is complemented with an eventful business program that will touch upon the most pressing issues of the real estate market.
