Results of the 1st “Real Estate Exhibition at Expograd Yug”!

On October 21-23, 2016, the 1st “Real Estate Exhibition at Expograd Yug” was held in Krasnodar, organized by the new professional operator of exhibitions, congresses and other business events – LLC “South Exhibition Company”.

This event was attended by over 50 participants, including real estate developers, real estate agencies, legal firms, mass media, repair and decoration companies, design bureaus.

                  

Participants presented at their exhibition stands the latest and most favorable real estate market supply for all social categories.

– We took a quite serious approach to the decision about participation in the exhibition and were guided by a number of factors: Surely, EEC “Expograd Yug” is the most modern exhibition platform in Krasnodar and, a priori, events, which are held within the walls of this complex, are arranged on a high level, what influences the amount and composition of exhibition audience. As for purely practical factors, this complex has comfortable and convenient working conditions, and meets the requirements of companies-participants and visitors of exhibition. Participation in the exhibition resulted in establishment of about 150 contacts, some of which will become potential buyers. In terms of quality this is a target client. Approximately 95 certificates for apartment purchases were issued. Because of a pent-up demand the final result of the work will be detected within three months. The opening ceremony of the exhibition was held in a solemn atmosphere and attended by S. P. Usenko, Deputy Head of Krasnodar Region Administration (Deputy Governor), A. M. Lashchenkov, Deputy Head of the Krasnodar Region Department of architecture and urban planning, T. G. Sergienko, Deputy Governor of Krasnodar branch of Sberbank, K. I. Sevastyanov, General Director of JSC “RAMO-M”.

Great attention was paid to business program – over 15 events, conferences, seminars and master classes were held during time of work of the exhibition. PJSC Sberbank, a bank-partner of the exhibition, carried out consultations and seminars on mortgage lending for all visitors. Professional participants took part in seminars on sales, marketing and other topics.

                  

Visitors had possibility not only to choose and purchase an apartment or a house, but also to participate in draw games, arranged by the organizer and partners of the exhibition.
A solemn opening of the award “TOP-100 best Real Estate Agents of Krasnodar” was one of the events that took place in “Real Estate Exhibition at Expograd Yug”. Group of companies “ASK” (organizer of the award) prepared a present for all guests – master class on sales, held by a well-known business-coach D. I. Nork.

Next “Real Estate Exhibition at Expograd Yug” is planned for spring 2017.
