The functions of LLC “Yuzhnaya Vystavochnaya Kompaniya” are the outstanding business events attended by the professionals of a wide variety of branches. “Yuzhnaya Vystavochnaya Kompaniya” has its own intellectual and material resource bank necessary to provide a full range of services – from the conceptual phase to the event implementation:
- congress and event management (planning, budgeting, working with the speakers and sponsors, registration and the secretariat services of an event, selection of the event site, design, engineering, general fitting);
- construction of the exhibition stands and expositions;
- event media support (our own design developments: the creation of a unique design environment for each project, from corporate identity to the interior and media design, printed media materials and souvenir products for the events);
- auxiliary services (equipment rental, motor vehicle rental, the temporary staff members management and much more).
All of the above help hold the exhibitions and congresses to a high professional standard providing the customers with a full range of services. However, one of the main business streams of the company is the organization and holding of its own exhibitions on various subjects.
