The first New Year “Exhibition of real estate and repair at Expograd Yug”.

“Exhibition of real estate and repair at Expograd Yug” will take place in Krasnodar from November 10 till November 12. One should come here to buy an apartment or a house at a profit, to make an application for mortgage, to get all for repair, to find new ideas for interior design – in short, to deal quickly with many issues which are connected with square meters. The peculiarity of the event is that this is the first New Year exhibition in Krasnodar. New Year discounts, holiday sales promotions and unique selling propositions which are actual during these three days are waiting for visitors. 

More than 56 companies take part in the exhibition: these are building companies, developers, reals estate agencies, insurance companies, interior design studios, repair and finishing companies, and at once several banks which won confidence of people. The most interesting projects will be presented by the leading real estate developers of the city and the region. For the first time firms connected with interior design and finishing works, and also producers of goods for repair and decorating are presented with a singular block and take the central place at the exposition – there will be for sure what to look at and what to choose from.

Visitors, as well as participants will like the exhibition program. Conferences and roundtable discussions with directors of building, real estate development companies and banks, master classes and training sessions on topical issues, prize drawing, competitions, and the New Year hand-made fair are planned there.

A new partner of “Exhibition of real estate and repair at Expograd Yug” is the charity fund “Kray Dobra” which has been helping actively seriously ill children of Krasnodar region for several years. Together with the fund the charity event “The kindest exhibition” was organized so that building companies and buyers of apartments can join a good deed.  

Specially for guests during the exhibition holding free-of-charge buses will go from the Megacenter “Red Square” to “Expograd Yug”. From other points of the city one will be able to come by common share taxis No 1, 31, 62 and 75.
